We have a team of insured, qualified staff that are all DBS checked. They have been working at Scent-a-Barks since the start and seen the company grow, meaning that they truly know each and every dog (and owner)!
Online booking system
Our registration and booking system is all online, which makes scheduling and payment simple and easy! This is linked to every one of our staff that send service reports by email after walks!
Pupdates
We have a very close relationship with all of our owners, and as soon as you join we create a Whatsapp group with you and our staff. We love sharing photos and videos of your dog having fun, so you can see for yourself what they get up to with us!
GPS and time stamping
For peace of mind we always let you know when we have picked up your dog, and dropped them home. We use our Pupdate groups to update you on times for daycare, and we use our time stamping function on our email service reports for walks!
Pet First Aid and CPR
All our staff are FlexiMed first aid trained which includes pet CPR.
We cater to your needs
Our daycare centre is open during working week days. However, if you need any additional services on bank holidays or weekends we always try our best to cater to your needs! We always have back up plans and utalise our team of staff if needed.
Licensed
We are the first doggy daycare centre to be licensed by Broadland Council in 2018, and we lead the way in all things daycare!
