Pet First Aid and CPR
All our staff are FlexiMed first aid trained which includes pet CPR. Our staff have all worked with dogs for atleast 5 years and know exactly what to look out for to keep your dog healthy and safe.
Online booking system
Our registration and booking system is all online, which makes scheduling and payment simple and easy! This is linked to every one of our staff that send service reports by email after walks!

While most dog daycares manage crowds, Scent-a-Barks builds real friendships in small, consistent groups. We know every dog’s quirks, from favourite sofa to bestie, and share their days in regular ‘pupdates’. Our long-standing, canine first aid trained team cares for your dog like their own.
Scent Room
Launched in spring 2025, we’re proud to host Norwich’s first scent room in a doggy daycare. Filled with dog-safe herbs, textures and hidden treats, it taps into your dog’s strongest sense for calm, focused exploration—reducing stress, building confidence and satisfying their natural urge to sniff.
Pupdates and
online portal
We keep communication clear and personal with every owner. You’ll get a dedicated WhatsApp group with our team for photos, videos and personalised ‘pupdates’. Behind the scenes, our online portal makes all the admin simple, from managing bookings to keeping track of invoices.
Above and
beyond…
From birthday party packages and regular socials to homemade biscuits, we’re always planning extra fun for you and your dog. On their special day every dog is a VIPooch, with tailored play, themed activities and scent rooms, treat hunts, party bags and even a present and pupcake.

No need to stress about drop-offs or pick-ups. Your dog travels in our insured doggy vans, safely crated with cosy beds for extra comfort. We plan efficient routes to the centre and always let you know when to expect us for collection and home time.
